It has been carefully planned within the context of the landmark Cuba Precinct development, one of the largest regeneration projects in Wellington, which encompasses the entire block north from 106 Cuba Street to Dixon Street, and west to Victoria Street.
The first stage delivered Whitireia WelTec’s state-of-the-art Te Auaha performing arts campus, and premium ground floor retail spaces. The former Farmers Building forms the second stage and is being transformed into large format character office spaces and premium retail tenancies.
Victoria Lane Apartments represent the third stage of the masterplan and the fourth stage will be a new commercial building on the corner of Victoria and Dixon streets.
