Final apartments now available in capital’s safest apartment development
Victoria Lane Apartments offer breath-taking views combined with intelligent design in the heart of the Cuba Precinct.
More than 90 per cent of released apartments in Willis Bond & Co's new Victoria Lane Apartments development are now sold, proving that its breath-taking views, exceptional design and central location in the vibrant Cuba Precinct are a winning combination.
Now available, the final release comprises 10 apartments on level 15 and eight penthouses on level 16. Penthouses will have higher ceilings, a range of added premium features, finishes and appliances and the most spectacular vantage point for enjoying the views.
"There are still some excellent apartments for sale on the lower levels, but those on the two highest floors will enjoy the best views of the harbour, city and surrounding hills," says real estate agent Nicholas Reeve, of Ray White.
The stunning penthouses have a range of premium features and boast spectacular views.
As well as the views and the vibrant inner-city buzz, the 16-storey apartment complex will be first residential building in Wellington to incorporate both seismic base isolation (a technology pioneered in New Zealand) and a 'diagrid' steel frame, making it one of the most seismically resilient buildings in the city.
"The focus on safety provides residents with peace of mind and should also help alleviate any insurance concerns," says Reeve.
Sustainable design and quality finishes are also priorities; the apartments are targeting a 7-Homestar rating with LED lighting throughout, energy-efficient appliances, smart energy metering, double-glazing for exceptional thermal and sound insulation, engineered oak flooring and 100 per cent New Zealand wool carpets.
The final release includes 10 apartments on Level 15 and the eight penthouses on level 16.
The wide range of layouts available also ensures that there is something for everyone. Buyers can choose from the superb penthouses, terrace apartments with generous outdoor entertaining areas and one-to-three bedroom options, many of which have a spare room.
"Given the response to date, we expect continued strong interest in the final release apartments and I would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch," says Reeve.
The development will include an adjoining car-parking building with secure parking, storage options, bike parking, and electric vehicle charging facilities.
Final apartments include penthouses, terrace apartments and one-to-three bedroom residences, many with a spare room.
Trusted construction partner LT McGuinness is due to start building the apartments in mid-2020, with occupation scheduled for mid to late 2022.
Penthouses are priced from $1.8 million, and the apartments from $685,000 for one- bedroom, $985,000 for two-bedroom, and $1.325 million for three-bedroom.
